Larry A. Dietz, CLU®, ChFC®

I have been assisting business owners, high net-worth individuals and professionals since 1978 with a focus on holistic financial wellness, business and estate transfers, and multigenerational planning. An alumnus of The University at Albany (NY), I have earned the Chartered Life Underwriter® and Chartered Financial Consultant® designations from the American College.

Having a lifetime commitment to volunteerism and the community, I now serve on the Board of Directors of United Health Services after three years as its President.

A dedicated lifetime leader of the Boy Scouts of America and an Eagle Scout, I have served youth for decades in numerous capacities, most recently as Vice President of the LaSalle Council of Northern Indiana and a member of the BSA National Committee on Venturing.

An avid golfer, sailor and water sport enthusiast, my wife Petra and I have full-time residences in both South Bend and Chicago where we are active members of Fourth Presbyterian Church of Chicago.

LeAnne M. Marsh, CEBS

LeAnne joined Dietz Capital Advisory Group (DCAG) in 1995 as Director of Multi-Life Welfare Benefits and Qualified Plans. A graduate of Northern Illinois University with a B.A. in Economics, LeAnne has earned the highly sought after designation of Certified Employee Benefits Specialist® from the Wharton School.

With a keen eye on constant improvement, LeAnne delivers promised services to the business clients of DCAG. She is an active member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and The International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.

LeAnne continues to pursue a lifelong interest in spiritual music endeavors. A vocalist and guitarist, she is a key participant in Xalt! and a member at Christ the King Lutheran Church. She and her husband Larry make their home in Granger, IN.

Sara A. Dominguez

Sara A. Dominguez is a 2008 graduate of Saint Mary’s College of Notre Dame, IN. To better perform her duties and meet her responsibilities at DCAG, Sara is pursuing a Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI) designation. An active member of the St. Joseph County Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Network, Sara currently resides in Mishawaka, IN with her husband, Ernesto.

Sarah K. Scott is new to DCAG. A native of Evansville, Indiana Sarah now attends Ball State University where she is completing her B.S. of Financial Mathematics. Her experience with LBS and client interaction adds a valuable component in achieving our vision of being recognized as the leading-edge technology firm that delivers leading-edge thinking.
